Gauntlet Backlog





We have been busy with the workouts, but I haven't been busy updating the blog. We continue to find new ways to challenge our bodies every week. I have made a new parallette and the new steel log has arrived. We were lucky enough to get an introductory class with club bells and learn some new exercise techniques from CW3 Larson.
