Exercise of the Week, 1 May 2010

Here is a demonstration on the bus driver. We switched up the 45lb plate for a 35lb. It makes the exercise much more effective. Of course Grif looks like he is just out for a morning drive the way we effortlessly moves the bar around.

    The workouts continue to get more intense and the positive results and improvements continue to occur. The gauntlet alone on Saturday is a smoker, but then add in the grappling and sparring and for two days I am destroyed! We are continuing to look for ways to crush ourselves and now the toys are clubbells. Fun, Fun!
